Note: Right now my seasoned notes are getting 8% annual returns now. This happened after I made the video

I invest my money mostly in high risk loans: E, D, and HR grade. I started investing in safer loans (AA, A, and B), but I found out that I earn more money from higher risk loans.

  1. "for the rest of [your] life" is the crux of this video. You don't know what will happen for the rest of your life. This website/bank could tank or become insolvent. It is still banking and with that subject to market volatility. Making this out to be something like a sure thing is not very ethical in my opinion. Sure you may be getting good returns and the calculated risk is low but do you really know the intricacies of the business to trust that estimate..

  2. Don't do this, if the economy was to slow down just about everyone will default. With stocks, you own part of a company. Even if the stock drop in value, you still own .xxxxx% of the company.

  3. Prosper.com is the biggest load of crap. Run away. I've been in for over 5 years and it's been the deadest money ever. My annualized net returns are 4.36% and there's huge fees for trying to sell notes and get out. Look up Prosper reviews before making this mistake.
