  1. People can trade equities on a margin account. This is how people short stocks as well as leverage their accounts (e.g. you have a $50,000 margin account that gives you $200,000 buying power). Of course, there is a hefty interest rate associated with this account, so this is not for the average investor. I just do not like when Youtubers lie to push their own agenda. I agree that leverage with real estate is more practical, but 5:10 until 5:27 is just a complete lie/bash on the stock market.

  2. This guy is great but I have to say there is so much money chasing real estate right now it's silly. Every insurance company, P/E firm, bank and foreign country has raised money for real estate in the last few years.

  3. $5,000 x .05 = $250 yr
    That’s around $20 month

Are you saying that if I give you $5,000 you’re going to give me $20 per month?

Of course those $5,000 are going to turn into $10,000 but from here in 30 years or even more!!!

I don’t like stocks but in comparison with what you’re offering I prefer stocks.

Can someone explain these to me?
    Am I wrong?

  4. I just read all of the legal online for his fund, he is accumulating other people's money and their is no guarantee or payout dates for your investment. Once you deposit, consider it gone.
